Beginning with the 2009-2010 year we will be revising our student-athlete admissions to football and men’s basketball games. With the change last year to allow ALL current MU students with their valid MU student ID free admission to Olympic sporting events we will not be distributing student athlete passes in the way we have done in the past. (also, it is one less item to carry around as most are lost or misplaced)

Student-athletes can use their valid MU student ID for general admission to Olympic sporting events. No need for a student-athlete pass.

The ticket office will have an alphabetical list of all current (at that time) eligible student athletes at Gate 5W for football and the Missouri Basketball entrance for men’s basketball. The list will have the sport that the student athlete is affiliated with, and each must sign their name along with providing their valid MU student ID as proof of photo identification. At that time they will then receive a stubbed ticket or wristband for admission to the event. There is no change from previous years of the site of the entrance for each venue.

The ticket office will work closely with the compliance office to receive the most up to date lists of eligible student athletes. If their name is not on the list they will not be allowed admission to football or men’s basketball games.
